To mark the 150th anniversary of the first Geneva

To mark the 150th anniversary of the first Geneva Convention of 1864, Red Cross Red Crescent magazine Geneve asked me to envision how the rules of war might apply in the year 2064, when the convention will mark its 200th anniversary.

Pour marquer le 150e anniversaire de la première Convention de Genève de 1864, le magazine de la Croix-Rouge et du Croissant-Rouge Genève m' a demandé d'imaginer comment les règles de la guerre pourraient s'appliquer en l'an 2064, lorsque la convention célébrera son 200e anniversaire.
